Room and time reservations for group meetings must be renewed annually in August.

Here are a few simple guidelines for navigating the page, which can be seen below. Please pay particular attention to the areas enclosed by RED boxes:

One box highlights a legend for the entire site. This lists ALL rooms that are reserved through Jessica. Based on the color scheme, each room can be viewed (for example, McMillen 311 is in red):

The second box highlights an arrow tab. Highlighting this tab displays a drop-down menu, listing all rooms:

Going to this menu lets you select room you wish to view (or eliminate from view):

By "turning off" several of the rooms, you can more easily see those rooms in which you are interested (i.e., just McMillen 311 and Louderman 561):
